2. In what cases do we collect, process and use your personal data?
Our website uses Google Analytics software that allows for the collecting and storing of data for marketing and optimization purposes. Cookies may be used during this process. Among other data, your IP address is also recorded. Depending on the character of the specific services ordered by the user, the following types of personal data are collected and stored:

In preparing the answers to your requests or processing your orders when you use our services, in some cases we outsource individual tasks to subcontractors. 3. For what purposes are data used?

We use the MailerLite newsletter sending platform to manage your e-mail addresses and to send e-mails. MailerLite is a third party service provider that can process your data using industry standard technologies that allow us to monitor and improve our newsletter. 4. What action can I take against data storage?
Upon request, you have the right to receive information about the personal data collected in relation to your person free of charge. In addition, pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to object to the use and/or the transfer of your data for advertising purposes. The provisions of the legal acts also give you the right to rectify, restrict the processing of and erase your personal data. In such cases, you need to communicate with the contact person responsible for data protection indicated by us below, in writing or by e-mail.
The user gives materiolo.com the right to collect, control, process and store the personal data of the user to the extent and for the purposes as provided for in this Privacy Policy and in other website documents. The user has the right to withdraw his consent that was given to uniminmal.com to collect, control and process his personal data at any time, as well as to demand the discontinuation of the collecting, processing and controlling of his personal data, and the erasure of personal data. Giving or the withdrawal of consent to the collecting, processing and controlling of the user’s personal data is valid only from that time forward. uniminmal.com, after having received such a notification from the user, shall immediately suspend the processing of such a person’s data, but that does not mean that materiolo.com must erase/destroy the personal data if it has a valid basis for storing it.
The user has the right to gain access to his personal data. In order to find out what personal data has been collected by materiolo.com and from what sources, for what purposes it is being processed, as well as what recipients it is and was being provided to, the user must address materiolo.com in advance at the e-mail address specified in this Privacy Policy. materiolo.com shall implement the user’s right to gain access to the personal data processed by it within 30 calendar days after the receipt of the user’s request.
If, upon gaining access to his personal data, the user determines that the personal data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, he has the right to contact materiolo.com by e-mail with a request to correct the incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data and/or to suspend the processing of such personal data. Personal data may be corrected and destroyed, or its processing may be suspended, upon the presentation of the identity documents of the data subject and documents confirming his personal data. materiolo.com shall implement the user’s right to suspend the personal data processing (or to destroy the personal data) within 30 business days after the receipt of the user’s request.
